We regularly send our latest catalogues, offers and other information to our customers which are saved in our customer file, for free and without obligation.
If you are not in the file and you also want to get this service, just get in touch with us and tell us your name and address. All Information are subject to the legal data protection regulations.
YOUR BOOKING:
If you want to book you can come to our agency personally, you can send a fax, e-mail or you can use the blank from our catalogue. Afterwards you will receive a written confirmation and calculation and 8-10 days before your departure you will get you complete travel documents. We try to fulfil your wishes like a special seat on the bus, on the plane or a special hotel room,but they are not part of the booking.
TRAVEL SERVICES:
In our resorts in Kolberg, Swinoujscie, Gdansk, Bad Altheide, Bad Kudowa, Bad Flinsberg and in Czechs, you will always find a travel companion who will help you with any problems, questions or let you know about further Information. In our hotels in Germany and Austria you can contact the reception. Please contact the person if there are any obscurities, because the most things can be cleared with low time and effort on the spot. In your Travel documents, you will find the number of your contact Person.

1. Medical-Spa
Beside the usual services like transfer, accommodation and meals, the Heilkur (convalescence) set very high standard for your medical care. Although the medical care which is included in Price will match your illness.
2. Spa vacation
The aim of the vacation is the regeneration of the body. Similar to the Heilkur is that the Doctor will create a personal and suitable programme for your therapy. The target group for this Spa are people who want to relax and keep theirself well and fit. Advisable is a stay of 2 weeks.
3. Wellness–Spa
The best opportunity to forget the everyday life, get relaxed and fell well. Additional Beauty offers not only let you relax, but bring your body back into balance.

4% of the list price will be granted from the fourth booking.
5% of the list price, will be granted from the seventh booking
GROUP DISCOUNT:
8 - 19 people: 3%
20 - 39 individuals: 1 free space (in DR)

GUESTS RECOMMEND THE STAY:
If you are satisfied with our service and you have been to one of our spa hotel with Jawa-Reisen, just recommend us. You will receive a credit voucher for an insurance package for every booking for a room in our hotel, from a person who got the reference from you. This includes a Travel Cancellation, Curtailment-, Medical Travel-, Travel Baggage Insurance, All-Round Care Service and the Cover for Delay amounting to € 119,-. You will get your bonus after the traveller pays the deposit into our account. Before this you will get a written note about the credit from Jawa-Reisen. If there is a booking for 2 rooms, you will also get two insurance packages at which one can be used by your partner and if there are more than 4 full-paying-guests we will grant you a special bonus.
