LOCATION, CLIMATE, CURATIVE FACTORS Kudowa Zdroj attracts through its mild climate and picturesque landscape. The town became known as a health resort in the 14th century. It has a population of 10.900 and is located right at the Polish-Czech border in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Kudowa Zdroj is not only a great place for holiday but also for visitors who wish to improve their health. Here, nature has provided for a healthy climate, mineral springs and a beautiful flora. The surrounding mountains provide an excellent protection against wind and dense forests alleviate variations in temperature which is why Kudowa Zdroj has the mildest climate among the health resorts in the Sudetes.
